I am not sure about which size to pick?
The age range in our sizing should be used as a guideline. Babies come in all shapes and sizes and there is no universal sizing to fit all. But luckily, knits are very stretchy! You will find that for most styles your pieces will last longer than the size range indicated. If you are unsure of what size to get, send us an email, we are always happy to chat with you.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, Postfinance cards, Paypal, money transfer and also cash if you come and pick the goods a our shop in Lausanne, Switzerland.
How fast will I receive my order?
Your order will be processed and shipped generally within 24-48 hours. At times of higher volume (e.g. holiday and sale) it may take up to 5 business days to process your order. We ship via the Swiss Post, shipping times vary between 1 and 10 business days. If you need your item sooner please contact us for an express shipping quote.
How much is shipping?
- CHF 7.50 for domestic (within Switzerland) shipping
- CHF 8.50 for Europe
- CHF 30 for the rest of the world
Please note for all orders shipping outside of Switzerland, the ship-to recipient will be responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred. These costs are not included in the shipping fee. Please check with your local customs agencies for details on estimated costs. Unfortunately we cannot mark the merchandise as « gift » or « no commercial value ». In addition, all international orders are considered final sale once shipped, not refund or exchange will be possible.
Can you wrap my purchase ?
Yes, if you mention during the purchase process that your purchase is for a gift, we can wrap it in a Little Maille gift wrap. You can also add a gift message if you wish.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has already been placed?
We process your order with 24-48 hours of receiving it. If you have not received confirmation that your order has shipped, you may adjust your order. Please contact us via email : info@littlemaille.com
How do I care for my knits?
Alpaca wool is hand washable, at lukewarm temperature. Do not twist your knit. Just press it to extract the water, then lay it flat on a towel, roll the towel to extract more water and then lay it flat on another dry towel to make it dry. Do not expose it directly to the sun to dry.
